ON THE DAY

  • We arrive 2 hours prior to service to set up, get the oven firing and up to cooking temperature - No gas of course, we cook from hot coals and flames using the most environmentally friendly and authentic cooking method, wood fire!     




WE PROVIDE

  • Your choice of any 5 savoury Pizza's from our Pizza Menu

  • 2 hours all you can eat, $1,300 for the first 40 guests and $20 for each additional guest thereafter. ​
​
  • Antipasto platters and garlic bread are available for an additional $12 per head for the first 40 guests and $6 for each additional guest thereafter.  
 
  • Salads are also available for an additional $7 per head, per salad.

  • A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking and remaining to be paid via EFT prior to the event or cash on the day. 

Note:
Travel fees apply for venues more than 25km from Melbourne CBD.
Minimum fee of $2,200 applies during peak season.

WE REQUIRE

  • A flat area measuring 6m W x 3m D for the prep equipment, and pizza oven. Please also allow room for the serving table if required​

  • A Power supply is preferred but not essential (please advise)​​
​
  • Access to water is preferred but not essential (please advise) 



​FOR YOUR GUESTS

  • Pizza is cut into 6 on our beautiful acacia pizza serving boards and presented on a timber trestle table. Napkins and environmentally friendly plates are also provided if required.  For larger groups of more than 40 however we do recommend inviting our friendly waitstaff to serve your guests, as the table can become quite crowded! (see below for pricing) 




PLEASE ADVISE 

  • If you or your guests have any dietary requirements - We're happy and able to accommodate for most food intolerance. (additional fee of $5 applies per Gluten Free guest)

FINALLY 

  • Friendly roving wait staff members can be added to your package for a fee of $150 (plus travel) to serve pizza amongst your guests and works well for larger groups.
